- Virtual Care makes it easier for you as the patient to get the support you need from your clinician at your own convenience, comfort of your environment and less demand for travel.

Instructions Regarding Virtual Care
INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIRTUAL CARE
- What is the best space for virtual care to take place?- A clean environment is very important which helps allow yourself to be in a space that is away from clutter, providing a safe environment for you during the virtual care appointment, with no risk of any objects in your way
- Movements will be performed and or assessed during virtual care, it is important to make sure you have the space for your practitioner to visually see you during the session (ex. move any chairs, or toys away from the area displayed in your camera)
- Always dress appropriately so you can be of most comfort during your session and be able to perform any type of movement or exercise- Make sure your audio/visual display is clear and your microphone settings on your device are working properly with the ability to turn up the volume if needed
- Position yourself within a range that is completely visable to your practioner during your assessment whether you are using a tablet, cell phone, and or a computer
- It is recommended to give yourself about 4 to 6 feet from your device to provide an appropriate display window for your practitioner to provide you with the best treatment experience through virtual care
