What Should I Expect On My First Visit?
Your initial visit will be approximately 60-90 minutes depending on your injuries and needs. We take our time to ensure we address all factors related to your current concern and can answer any questions you have.
We will begin with a detailed conversation, where we learn about your primary concern, your goals, and screen for various health conditions. A physical exam will be performed, where we will identify painful and pain free movements, develop a diagnosis, and get baseline measures to assess future progress.
We will then work together to create an individualized plan, based on your goals, to manage your condition.
