Discovery Call: Book this if you are looking to briefly discuss your health concerns, ask questions, or learn about our approach to care. The goal of this 15 minute appointment is to determine if our approach and virtual care is right for you. Please note, there will be no medical advice provided in this appointment. 

Initial Assessment: This appointment is for new patients or existing patients with a new injury or concern. In this appointment we will have a detailed conversation of approximately 60-90 minutes to learn about your primary concern, your goals, and screen for various health conditions. We will then work together to come up with an individualized plan, based on your goals, to manage your condition. 

Subsequent Visit: This appointment is only for patients who have had an initial assessment. The appointment will be 30 minutes in duration.

No you do not. All of our clinicians have direct access and can see you without a referral from your primary care physician.

All services provided by RapidMSK are covered by extended health benefits. In some cases, insurance may only cover a portion of your appointment. 

Our team will take care of billing for your appointment. We will submit the appointment to your insurance company, and provide you with a receipt of services.

All of our services are covered by extended health benefits. For cases where insurance does not cover the entire appointment, the patient will be responsible to cover the remaining portion.

On the intake form, you will be asked to provide your insurance information. Prior to your appointment, our team will submit a pre-determination to your insurance company and will notify you of your coverage and any remaining amount. 

You will also have the option to provide your credit card information. Any portion that is not covered by insurance will be billed to the credit card on file after the appointment.
